Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and PHCrown8 ("we," "us," "our," or "the platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by phcrown8 — including games, promotions, and payment features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you are accessing phcrown8 on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

Eligibility

To register and use phcrown8, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. phcrown8 strictly prohibits minors from registering or playing on the platform.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a phcrown8 employee, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from phcrown8 or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf — not as an agent for or on behalf of a third party.

phcrown8 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended pending review.

Account Registration

Each individual may register only one phcrown8 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
• Notify phcrown8 promptly if any of your registration details change.
• Keep your password and login credentials confidential at all times.
• Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

phcrown8 may, at its discretion, verify your identity before approving your account or processing any withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS card, or PRC ID.

Your phcrown8 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, lend, or allow another person to use your account.

Deposits & Payments

phcrown8 accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

All deposit amounts are in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though phcrown8 may apply limits at its discretion for security or compliance reasons.

• Deposits are credited to your phcrown8 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• phcrown8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment method must match the name on your phcrown8 account.
• phcrown8 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested by verified phcrown8 account holders at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment channel used for your deposit, where technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within the same business day for most payment channels. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank) may take up to one business day.
• phcrown8 may request additional identity verification for withdrawals above a certain threshold. This is a standard security measure, not a penalty.

Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. Only real-money balances resulting from met wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

phcrown8 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all phcrown8 bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, separate from your real-money balance.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated as "no wagering." Standard wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Each promotion is available once per player unless stated otherwise. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered fraud.
• phcrown8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus and begun meeting wagering requirements will not be retroactively affected.
• Bonuses obtained through incorrect means — including technical errors, software exploits, or misrepresentation — will be voided.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on phcrown8 operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general rules apply across all games:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all non-live games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-time events observed by all participants.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game — such as a disconnection or server error — phcrown8 will resolve the situation based on the last confirmed game state. Where a round cannot be completed, bets are typically returned to the player's wallet.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of a game before wagering real money. phcrown8 recommends using demo or practice modes where available.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table. These are displayed clearly within the game interface.
• phcrown8 does not allow the use of automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on phcrown8 and will result in account suspension, permanent ban, and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one account per person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or payment processing glitches for financial gain.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or phcrown8 support staff.

• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to another person.

phcrown8 monitors all account activity continuously. Suspected violations trigger an internal review process. During a review, your account may be temporarily restricted without prior notice.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

All content on the phcrown8 platform — including but not limited to logos, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the property of phcrown8 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phcrown8 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any phcrown8 content without prior written permission.
• Use phcrown8 content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on phcrown8 content.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the phcrown8 platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phcrown8 shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from technical failures, including server outages, connection interruptions, or software errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the phcrown8 platform.
• The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of third-party content or services accessed through the platform.

phcrown8's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your phcrown8 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

phcrown8 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

You may also close your phcrown8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance that is eligible for withdrawal will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms may be subject to forfeiture of any balances, including both real-money and bonus funds.

Disputes

If you believe there is an error in a game result, transaction, or any aspect of your phcrown8 account, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will investigate all disputes promptly and fairly.

For game-related disputes, our system logs are considered the primary source of truth. phcrown8 maintains complete records of all game outcomes and transactions, which are reviewed during any investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the competent courts of the Philippines.

Changes to These Terms

phcrown8 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

For significant changes, phcrown8 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players — for example, via email or an in-platform notification. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
